Returns & Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Order is missing items

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Unboxing video (if possible)

After verification, we will provide:

  • Replacement of the product if possible
  • Refund the amount if original unused product is returned successfully.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Minor color/design variations due to handmade nature
  • Orders delayed due to courier issues beyond our control
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
